Need to cancel a class?

We can't always get cover or manage to run every class on the timetable, Engym gives you the ability to exclude certain classes from a day. To achieve this load up you timetable and locate the class you need to exclude.

Next, select the three dot in the bottom right corner of the class card, a menu will pop up, from there select 'Add Exclusion for class'.

A new window will pop up and ask for the date of the exclusion, simply select the date from the date picker, once you have your date selected press the Create button.

Now when your members view that week it will exclude the selected class so it cant be booked.

You can view or delete existing exclusions and create new ones from withing the 'Edit session' screen, you can ge tto it by double clicking and timetable item.
